Sounds like she nailed it: the vast left-wing conspiracy descends upon P-town.
Is she half his age?

Damn. The cached copy doesn't include the comment posted by Randy Leonard, or for that matter the one posted by me.

What did you guys say?
Posted by Jack Bog | May 11, 2008 12:52 AM
I think I asked if the "disgusting power plays that put winning and egos over what is best for Portland" which she claims she's so sick of included the manipulative and deceitful tactics her husband's side used in the Charter revision "debate".

Her college ID picture perhaps?

I find it amazing how there exists not a shred of measure of merit for any of these clowns.
It's all positioning, kneejerk, reactionary and haphazard leadership without any genuine demonstration or measure of their skills, merit and or performance.
Chaos and squabbling mascarading as governance.
And if you want to know how good of a job they are doing just ask each of them.

I dug it! I wish she were running for Mayor, I'd have less reservation about voting for her, than the other anyone-but-Sam choices.

What's her age/appearance got to do with anything?
Posted by JC | May 11, 2008 9:48 AM
She looks about 25 in the photo that appears on her blog.
Potter looks to be about 60.
Now if he is married to a woman that is 35 years younger, good on him. If she is taking lots of fish oil, and exercises 3x a day, then good on her, she looks great.
But another explanation is that she recently started to blog and selected a photo that was 20 years old, which would speak volumes about her personality (to me, anyway).
Transparency and truth it's not. Kind of like Craigslist dating.

They have swayed PDC chair, Mark Rosenbaum to their side for the deconstruction of PDC.
Whats wrong with that? The PDC is one of the poster children for whats wrong with Portland.
And is there any more evidence that someone is feeding the homeless that is sleeping at City Hall? I dont like what they are doing there, but feeding them certainly sounds like downright shady, dirty politics to me...

Mister Tee:
which would speak volumes about her personality (to me, anyway).
Your writing speaks volumes about your personality, too. Don't need a picture.
All the best.

wow! her blog was funny...as in: drop to the
ground a giggling and $h*t your pants as you
giggle some more...thanks gal, we needed a
good laugh!

I don't get it... why did she get pressured to take the post down? It seems so mild and tame.
If this blog took down everything that was that offensive, we'd have pictures of cats, commentary on political ads that look like Macy's ads, and then a bunch of blank holes where the stricken used to be.
Posted by Harry | May 11, 2008 2:52 PM
Honestly, I'm a little unclear on why it's being said that she was "pressured" to take it down. Certainly no such pressure was happening in public view anywhere, and the O story simply says she took it down after reporters got wind of it. That's not "pressure", that's second thoughts.

Lot's of love to you too, JC.
Sorry if they lying about your age meme struck a nerve.
